Do you need vaccinations?

Our Nurses can provide comprehensive travel health advice and arrange for appropriate immunisations. Please arrange an appointment for a travel consultation at least 6-8 weeks before departure if possible. Vaccines need time to take effect and some may require a course over several weeks.

Click on the following link to find travel health advice for destinations worldwide and a wealth of useful resources for travellers. Here you will be able to check what vaccinations are required for your destinations.

Travel Assessment

We offer a comprehensive travel advice and vaccination service for patients travelling abroad.

If you are planning to travel, please complete and submit our travel assessment form as early as possible. We recommend submitting the form at least 6–8 weeks before your departure date to allow sufficient time for any vaccinations or advice required.

Once you have submitted your form, our team will review your travel plans and contact you if an appointment is needed. If you have not heard from us within 5 working days of submitting your form, please contact the surgery for an update.
